Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey troubles are over, for good!
The House of Cards star Kevin Spacey was not be charged for sexual assault because the accuser, in this case, died unexpectedly.
The decision was announced by the LA County District Attorney’s Office this week.
However, the accuser was an anonymous person who claimed that Spacey forced him to touch his genitals during a session at his home in Malibu, California, in October 2016.
A spokesperson for DA stated:
“The sexual assault allegations cannot be proven without the participation of the victim. Thus, the case was declined.”
Moreover, the same man has sued him under alias John Doe in a case that is still pending in Federal court.
Although Police are still currently investigating the matter of sexual assault against Kevin Spacey, there has been no recent update on the ongoing inquiry.
Kevin Spacey gained critical acclaim for his role in 1995 crime thriller “The Usual Suspects” and won an Oscar for the same for Best Supporting Actor.
He won another Academy Award for Best Actor for themed Drama “American Beauty” in 1999. He was sacked from House of Cards after allegations of sexual assaults but it seems he will be able to resume his career after all.
