Load Wedding to Feature in Asian Film & TV Week
The blockbuster film of 2018 ‘Load Wedding’ is all set to be featured in yet another international film festival.
Mehwish Hayat and Fahad Mustafa starrer, the film will be screened at the Asian Film & TV Week in China.
The week-long festival will kick off from 16th May 2019. Around 60 films from 30 Asian countries will be screened in various cities of China.’ Load Wedding’ will be screened on 17th May in Guangzhou and on 18th May in Beijing.
The blockbuster Pakistani movie will share the screen with other popular Asian films including Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ and ‘Taare Zameen Par’.

Fizza Ali Meerza, the producer of ‘Load Wedding’ is representing Pakistan in the Asian Film and TV week.
Bollywood hunk Aamir Khan is also there to attend the event alongside famous Iranian film director Majid Majidi.

President of China, Mr. Xing Ping Jing, hosted the opening ceremony of the Asian Film and TV Week. It gathered famous filmmakers from all Asian countries under one roof.

‘Load Wedding’ got released on Eid-ul-Azha last year produced by Fizza Ali Meerza and Mehdi Ali. Since then, it has been creating waves around the globe.
In March, ‘Load Wedding’ got released on YouTube and Amazon Prime. Earlier it was also announced that it will soon be released on Netflix as well.
This romantic comedy film is filled with the right amount of emotions and entertainment. It also highlights various social evils that reside in our society, especially the curse of dowry!
Earlier in February, ‘Load Wedding’ got featured at the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF). It bagged the ‘Best Feature Film Award’ for its top-notch direction and strong knitted script.
Now that it is all set to make its way to another international film festival, it is quite an achievement for the filmmakers!
