The day cannot get any better as we now have the trailer of Top Gun: Maverick, featuring Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise as our ever-favorite hotshot fighter pilot in the long-awaited sequel.
On Thursday, Tom Cruise left the fans startled after he surprised San Diego Comic-Con audience with the official trailer for Top Gun 2. Although it’s been 33 years since the original film was released but the news of fan-favorite Pete Maverick Mitchell coming back on the big screen has left everyone awestruck.
The first look into Top Gun 2 reveals that it is going to be an action-packed film and it will leave you all nostalgic.

The trailer reveals that the danger-seeking naval aviator Captain Maverick has been busy since we last saw him decades back. However, his attitude hasn’t changed much but he’s content with his life. He’s been shown as something of a dinosaur, unwilling to progress up the ranks and, according to his senior, played by Ed Harris, facing “extinction”.
